Summary: Photographs, by Ben Maxey, of Tucson architecture, fashion and portraits from the 1950s to 1970. Images of Tucson include the Casas Adobes Plaza, Sam Nanini's home and the Nanini Financial Center, a beauty shop interior, St. Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church, Tucson Inn, and the Tucson National Golf club. There are photographs of fashion models, including one posed with a 1960s portable record player, and photographs for tourism promotion, taken for the Sunshine Climate Club, of models posed with cactus and by swimming pools. There are a few of the "High Chapparal" set filming at Old Tucson. Portraits include Barry Goldwater, Ted De Grazia, C.S. Paola, Gerry Peirce, Ray Strang, and Fred Harman.
